There is no other way (that is easy) other than marrying a citizen. Having said that TPS will be renewed atleast a couple of times. So u will atleast get 5-6 yrs to find a way.

How long will it take to receive TPS card by mail after online status says TPS approved ?

if anyone could answer me.. i have an EAD but my visa and EAD expiring on June 2016. Has TPS been approved for anyone already having anEAD ????

I received my EAD card on sep 15 but my TPS has still not been approved. Does anyone else have similar case?

@tymes it has nothiing to do with if you have EAD or not. you can apply TPS now. for EAD, you can apply now or after your old one expires.

Bio Notice received: 30-Jul
Bio taken: 14-Aug
EAD approved email: 23-Sep
TPS approved email: 23-Sep
Waiting for EAD card and TPS approval letter in mail.....

Mine was saying on I-821 biometrics fee was received only. TPS application accept July 8, EAD received September 14. Is there anybody has same as mine ?

My visitor visa expired and I applied for tps and approved. Now I have EAD working In cheque. I didn't apply asylum till now so can I get travel document to travel Nepal and come back to USA?

Has anyone filed for Advance payroll yet. If so, do they require some kind of proof to validate the need for you to go back home? And how easy is it to get the i-131 approved? Please share your stories.

@bthapa112 I got my tps and EAD pproved without sending two photographs. I havent got my ead card yet. But, i think they use the picture from my biometrics. They want those photographs incase your picture during biometrics dont meet the requirment.

Hey guy i filed my documens on july10 th , they received on july 13th. I got my bio metric done on August 13 th but still waiting for my EAD AND TPS to get approved. i have seen people file same time i did and they already got it. Any one having the same issue like me. reply would be great..

Hey guy i am on b2 visa and even i was not here on june 24th i was in nepal, i filed my documens on aug 14th , they sent me letter sept 7th for receive payment and receipt number. second letter got on 15th sept for my bio metric on oct 1st appointed but so just waiting for bio-metric , my EAD AND TPS to get approved.
i am not sure after biometric how long it will take to get EAD and TPS approve.
is there anyone one who got EAD and TPS approved? how long it took? what about social securiety?? they sending together with EAD or seperately needd to apply?
