You know that 6 AM bhajan from Radio Nepal back in the days. It was the same one for years and years. After a while I used to get irritated by it, not by its content or anything, but it was a wake-up alarm kind of thing. Now If I hear it again, it will be so nostalgic.

My mom used to go like "Radio le Sankha phuki sakyo, now get up!"

Anyway, Om har har mahadev reminded me of cold shower in winter time in Nepal (long long time ago) and I wasn't a fond of that either.

I remember those Bhajans on Radio early in the morning. I used to go to Maitidevi and Pashupati every morning and all t he CHIYA PASAL SAUJI HARU used to have their radio on with those Bhajans. Good Old Days..................Peace Out.................

Mr. darshankaka..., I am shocked and deeply sorry for you despite having broad education and knowladge. It is quite amazing " how ppl relate relegion and even songs of god as nationlaites". I really delighted by your information that Bhajan is indian and some one is singing for the shake of god. You are pointing out him to be indian. Only thing i can say is jai hos mitra. Your parents spend money for education just for vague. Why dont u do onething? leave for Nepal and stand for Position of " khardar" in charkhal adda.............these are the ppl who dont work neither motivates ppl nor they have motivation. If i have to talk about vision they dont even have any vision rather than getting intoxicated in local wine shop and talk about politics as if they are PHD's.

well i remember 4 yrs back in shiva ratri......the sur sudha and anup jalota was there and he was singing in the river bank of baghmati. There was a presence of Late. king and queen too..Only thing i remeber is that PPl who was listen to these two sur sudha and anup jalota has eyes full of tears.....that is devotion to god dude.........anup jalota left his popular gazal career for singing in name of gods.

Abt a year ago, me and my 4 girlfriends watched all 3 parts of " The Ring"( the Japanese version).As were were abt to go to sleep, the phone rang ! We ended up staying awake the whole night and singing " Om jaya jagish" and any other bhajan we could remember.
