Hey guys, Did you find out how long the queue/waiting period is for GC processing under EB3. I've heard it's down to 1-2 years. Is that right. Also, is there a site to look up this info for Nepal. How do people know which year is current.
Thanks, in advance.

you can check here:

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/law-and-policy/bulletin.html

Of course you need to complete the labor process which could take 6 to 8 months and then I-140 stage which could take another 6 to 8 months then wait for your Priority Date to be current then it could be another 3-8 months period. hope this helps.

Hey Guys:
Correct me if i am wrong. I heard EB3 take atleast 5 years to complete. Only EB2 take less than a year for Nepal.
Have anyone of you applied on EB3 and approved in 1-2 years? Please share in this form. Thank you for time.

Wavernepal, you are correct. About 5 years for eb3; 1.5 years for eb2 (assuming no audit by DOL).

Thanks for your feedback guys. But Bhetgat said 1 year and Jai_Nepal said five years. Can you guys please tell me your sources. I know it was longer couple of years back, like 5 years, but I've heard it has shortened recently.
@PerryBhadra, I went through old Visa Bulletin archives, for this year, and I could not find any reference to EB3 category dates. Am I missing something. Also, I guess my real question is how long does it take for EB3's priority date to be current?
