I am in F1 status, I went back home shortly after the earthquake because my house was collapsed. now I am back in US. Can i still be eligible for applying TPS or not. As I heard that you have to in US before or after June 24, 2015.
Thanks in advance...

You are only eligible if you were in the U.S. on or before June 24, 2015. If you were back in the US before or on Jun 24, you can apply.

You can apply but be a little clever when sending your supporting documents.

First thoroughly read the instructions for the forms I821 and I765 and if you have any questions, you can let us know. To sum it up, you need to prove that you were in the U.S. since you came back from Nepal and you are a citizen of Nepal. It's very straightforward!
