Hello Sajhabasis! I am looking to move from the state where I live (TX) to another one. I would prefer it somewhere in the Pacific Northwest (WA,OR), Rockies(CO,ID,UT), Great Lakes (MI, WI, MN,OH) or New England (CT,VT,ME, MA). Does anyone know where you can get instate tuition for a Permanent Resident without having lived for a year? I am looking to start graduate school.
