EAD Auto-extension expiring 06/30/2024. What next? Any chances of another Auto-extension? Termination of employment is the only option until we get new EAD card? -if we get, god knows when.

Arko auto extension hudaina ta bhani sakyo ta. Feri pani EAD chaiye renew garnu bhanera last year nai bhaneko. Have you applied for TPS re-registraion and EAD? If you haven’t, you are pretty much f***ed. If you have then you can use your expired EAD along with the receipt notice and work for 540 days (24th June 2025). Hope that helps.

@ShreeRaam, If you have EAD which was expired in 2019/2020/2021 and using with auto extension, even you applied for New EAD, you cannot claim for 540 days extension.

Most probably they will issue another 6 months extension (my hope, also they did the same thing with Venezuela TPS) just to clear out the USCIS backlog. Otherwise thousands of people from Nepal, Haiti, Nicaragua, El Salvador will lose their job.

My TPS reregistration is pending can i apply new EAD now if yes what should i write in eligible catagory i have expired EAD from TPS.

Shree ram : To apply for tps reregistration you still have 1 year left . Even if you apply now you will get TPS till 6/25/2025 . Why late and fucked ?
