I'm in favor of participation by overseas Nepalis. If you think about it... some cities (for example, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Hongkong, Delhi) have well over 100,000 Nepalis each... many of them young men who left their homes to flee from conflicts. Many remote districts have been greatly depopulated by people fleeing to the cities and across the border... but who are waiting to return home once there is peace. Why should only the people remaining behind be allowed to determine the future of the country?

brain at work, It is a very good idea about voting in CA either via internet or post by overseas Nepalis . I think it should not be only for CA but also for MP. But, the voice should reach to the responsible incumbents so that they can initiate from now. To my knowledge, there are so many difficulties to bring this system to work on and one needs to do a lot of homeworks, right?
