I believe, H E Moriarty has come home in the USA to relax in his 3-month holiday.
H E Moriarty's latest comment on Nepal's politics has shaken the recent political scenario and rattled the Maoists in Nepal. Had Mr. Moriarty made his similar comment six months earlier, it would have caused to a better result for the sake of the King, political parties and the Maoists.
Nepal had achieved democracy in 1951. After a few years, it disappeared in no time. No one knew. Democracy is the demand of all the Nepalese people. After the democracy achieved in 1951 disappeared, there were several public agitations that took place in 1961, '71, '81 and '90/91. People have given full support and cooperation to all the political parties to help achieve the system of their choice. And they were successful too. But every time they achieved the system of their desire and the party leaders were allocated to certain powerful chairs and the like. And similarly, every time they were disappeared after a few years time and the people got simply astonished. The achievement of '90/91political movement also faced the same consequence. So the HOR as well as the cabinet of the elected Government was dissolved. Consequently, the present problem flared up.
Democracy is not a solution by itself. A perfect driver plays a vital role to drive the vehicle on the road. The issue, H E Moriarty pointed out in his latest statement should be highlighted in his earlier statements better way. So my humble suggestion to him is to spare some of his ralaxing time on studying once again the Nepalese political history of the six years last to be easier in the time to come.
