Be careful people, don't buy unrecognized phone card, if you aren't sure that phone card is good standing. I heard Dur-Sanchar found some smugglers who have been providing service (chori port) to connect those phone cards. That way those phone card didn’t pay the required fee to Nepal Tel co. Enhance, NTC has found the leaking (chuhawat) and block that loophole. It is why we can't talk to Nepal using any sort of ph card. I am tried of using Mr. lucky, and some others. Don't buy Mr. lucky it has no connection at all.

If you guys don't mind the cost per minute (.22 cents), I use Reliance. It has never given me any problem. It charges you exactly the minute you talk for. The site is- https://www.relianceindiacall.com/web/globalhome.aspx
