I was arrested for tresspasssing and released after bond. I am in B1/B2 visa with 5 yrs multiple. Does my record go to INS and will they stop me on immigration when I come next time ? I am going to Nepal this week.

It depends on whether the police department that arrested you will report your case to immigration authories or not. It again depends on which city and what police department arrested you as some city and police departments are more concerned about immigration matters than other. Please be precise to which police department arrested you.

Also, there is a general belief that the police department will not notify the immigration authorities unles and until you are found guilty by the court. And you said that you are only released on bond and you're case has not been decided by the court. But if you go to Nepal without attending the court date, you'll be in trouble when you try to come in the future. So, check with an immigration attorney for further details. Say which city you're in and somebody may be able to assist you with good immigration attorneys. Good Luck!
