I am with Arnico bro on this one --- I would also say nagarkot...I don't remember the building but the river looks like Indravati to me...

yeah , looks like one of the houses from that commercial " hulas sth sth.." but if it's nagarkot then where is the army barrack and the tower? may be it is one of the neighbouring villages/dadas of Nagarkot.
