hmm sounds serious sometimes when i study alot or i have worked alot or watched tv alot i have vibrations in the middle of my head too but i just take a break and feel better i dont have other symptoms though

i dunno sounds really serious can u go to a doctor?? there was some thread that said ask doctor or something maybe u can ask that guy. hope u feel better. and please dont die. do u drink alot of energy drinks?? that could be a problem too.

i will ask other ppl if they know

one more symptom here:

8. always i'm feeling sleeppy, i dont like to open eyes.

doctor said phisically perfect it's a dipression ! do u beleave it?

Hi ziyo, u might b having problem wid ur sleep, I think either u r not having a proper schedule for sleep or u may b having unnecessary mental stress which hinders ur sleep..................but depression has to b ruled out depending upon d other symptoms and ur circumstances, i think u sud consult a proper internist (physician) or a psychiatrist 4 dat....................

thankyou darjilingedai, kutumba, and all creatively sharing friends,  

physician said 'you are perfect physically it is a symptom of dipression' ! but here very very hard to see a psychtrist i'm waiting for the last 3 month.

about meditation, i'm doing since 1995. these day i'm thinking one of the reason might be that !?.
