What is the ideal age to get married for Nepalese men and women?
Also, what should be the right difference in age between man and a woman for tying the knot?
Can a 20 years old Nepali man marry a 16 year old girl in Nepal? IS it Legal?
Or do men who are over 35 marry younger girls ..is this common in Nepal?

hakunaku,
it all depends on perspective and what you have in play.....

some people do not get married for life.

for some its late 40s
for some its late 30s
for some its late 20s

so it all depends where you are and what is the social circumstances.

please do not forget where you come from. Nepal is still going to be Nepal for a long time and you cannot transform her any time soon. it is a long process.... (O:

anyway....

legally in nepal guy has to be 21 and girl 18 to marry.
if guy is 18 and girl 16 they can be married with the consent of legal guardian.....

and to answer your question about guys above 35 marrying younger girls... look at hugh heffner (O: ... it has always been a chauvinist male society where older guys marry younger girls...

now you can make an exception of few accomplished tigresses like demi moore.. but they certainly had a lot to offer to younger guys.... so.. its all simple economics.. a matter of demand and supply....

=======================
once again i proclaim
what do i know (O:
