thute_kancha...i had some communication with Grapnel tech services...i had some demo trainings too...training pattern was as usual...nothing special...but they charge a lot than other companies....how much did they say for u???????

well uscis doesnt approve any h1 any more without any project i think anyways....this company i have heard are bunch of cheats as usual...i dont think they really sponser until u land a project...basically they are earnign money through trainings these days

Rule of thumb..Don't go to Consultancies which Charge Money...It is highly likely that USCIS will not Approve H1B in coming days for ppl who work for Consultancies which have Multiple tiers in between Company and Clients...
