Does anyone know a really easy way to get an H1B sponsor? I need to know if there are any Nepali or India companies around that sponsor the visa. I have been applying for regular American companies and its been really tough to get a job. Any kind of suggestion will be highly appreciated!!

Practically its difficult to get a sponsor without a job if you are talking with desi consultancies i think same applies for american.
But if you pass interview may be some one may be interested in sponsoring you.
