I am planning on visting Canada for a week. Currently, I am in H1B visa and my student visa is already expired. I do not want to do Visa Stamping right now, is there a way to go to Canada without Visa Stamping stuff if I am only going there for a week. I heard that there were some regulations that was implemented not too long ago that will allow immigrants to do that. Enlighten me, please.

I read on some immigration journal that if u plan to comeback within 30 days there is no need for stamping.
Also consult with the immigration lawyer.
