Its Both!

The most emerged issue has been the challenge police are facing in the be at odds against terrorism..."Will they b able to 'slot in' racial profiling?"..Can race b used as a potential factor ?....For instance 'Driving While Black' (DWB)...How effective it sounds yet not hurting ne racial groups?....Another yet big question unanswered is...what if there were spot on racial difference?.....!!!!

Of course it's good.
Whites= serial killers.
Blacks and Hispanics= drug barons, gangstas and indulge in petty criminal activities.
Hispanics=terrorists
South Asians=swindlers

People from all races are the same. This has been proven beyond reasonable doubt by "Human Genome Project." Therefore, we are all the same "but for" our individual habits.

Police are in the new world order like the "GATE KEEPERS" of power. However, for every power there is equal reactionary power according to great French Philosopher Foucault.

Thus, these gate keepers are the one to racialize, stigmatize, marginalize and sexualize the minority migrants, women, mentally ill or the poor.

Where else is it possible than the richestnation being USA.
