Usually, it takes around a month after the application deadline for the school to let you know about their decision. So, after about a month, you can call them ask them if they have any leads on your application....
I don't if you are shooting for a genuine scholarship, if not, I'd suggest going to TX---ask Houston TX- he/she might know better....kaam garnu cha bhane TX, or some big cities jau...dhoti harule kaam dinchan...

Right...
School's admission's Office should be your first point of contact, as each school has their own timelines, and requirements on how to handle Applications for International Admissions....My suggestion would be to avoid Lake Charles, as it will be hard to find a job and/or room-mates to live off-campus, especially if you are a new arrival from Nepal....Just my two cents !
