Apply to any of the 5 colleges, and if you get accepted, chances are you will end up getting your tuition and room and board waived. If you think your SAT/TOEFL scores are good, apply to Pomona College of the Consortium indicating clearly on your application that you need scholarship/financial aid to attend the college. If the admissions committee thinks you are a qualified student, then you will certainly get it. Once you get in, you can take classe at any of the colleges. You only need to take 16 classes at your institution.
