Hi! I am a male student looking for a roommate to share one room in 3bdr apartment in Astoria, NY. Its a beautiful and serene area. My other roommates are students as well and they are really friendly people who do not interfere in others personal matters. Train N,W,Q is in walking distance. Astoria Park is about one block from the apartment. Room is furnished but if you have your own furniture, you are more than welcome to bring it. Mattress is also already available. My current roommate is leaving to move to another country so I am basically looking for someone to split the room's rent. The room will be available from March 9, 2010.
