I am  working as contractor at ING Direct. The project has initial term of 1 year and i have been working there for a month. I am commuting from Langhorne, PA for now and it is 50 miles drive for me. I am looking to move near to work and stay with a Nepali  family  as a kind of paying guest. I have known many of friends living like that all around US and I would prefer to live with a family than in apartment as family members would be working and it would also match my schedule. 
I don't know any people around there, so no worries about any friends coming in weekends or so, may be 1,2 relatives once in few months as they live in baltimore and Langhorne. My work schedule is 8-6. I am looking for a 10-15 mins commute to my work by car. 

I don't have any specific requirements for room. Just normal room ,spacious enough for adult, separate bath, and kitchen preferable, if not some arrangement must be made. My friends also pay for food, if that is the case that would be just great. i don't have any furnitures just my 3 luggages may be a table and chair from my aunt's place in langhorne 

I am non-smoker, social drinker, easy going, great with kids, huge sports fan and very serious and practical individual. 

I am willing to pay up to 500, utilities included and extra for food(if applicable).
