Fully furnished, Big living room, free Cable TV, wi-fi throughout the rooms, fire place, cheap rent, clean, kitchen fully functional, 5 mins. from Richland College, 5 mins. from 635 or 75, nice patio over-looking the pool, helpful neighbours, two laptops for use, excellent for students, quiet and safe, God-loving roommate. I have been living alone, but now I need some helping hands for rent.
