Working on regular job how could one collect that much money and how could a person build a house !!! Oh God!!! I think real state market in Nepal will collaps in 5 yrs.

I know it will collaps in 6-12 months, real state brokers play a big role to hike land price. It is why I want to  sell my land and home as well. Finally, I will stay in complex in Nepal.


Still 60 lakh per gatta is cheaper around medical college and saptagandaki college.


I have  land in Gangabu, 4 aana to sell, if some one wants to buy....per aana 13 lakh (land is cheap even it is located very good location).
