Even if you consider 5 days of work week (which is not clear from your posting, you might as well mean 7 days), the total hours of work per week would be 46 hours. You are paying $300, that comes out to be $6.50/hour. According to FLSA, Federal minimum wage is $7.25, how can you offer below that amount? Min wage is different in different state and going by your area code, you live in OK which follows Federal min wage guideline.

Recently I am practicing  to ingore that bothers me.

My own relative work in an Indian restaurant for 3.50 per hour and not even able to collect  tips ( pocketed by owner). That was freaking exploitation, they were happy to make little money than not all.  I feel bad about them , was I  able to  help them ? NO, what is the point of getting angry about it.
My point is we can raise voice but try to be happy yourslef and make your family happy.  I wrote  " mind your own business" , do not focus more on others than needed, it will bring negetive energy. As there is a saying learn to say no as to igonore or overlook  too.

Itorll:  i just commented on one of your Rekha Thapa's thread.  Every one comments as they feel on each  particular thread or thread that repeats, but you are acting like a dog and trying to bite their ball who ever commented and did not support you.

Yes: There are tons of  things you can not do anything about it.  Keep it in mind that they needed money not a suggestion or sampathy. You can not suppert every one with your limited means, WHAT have you done so far?  I am glad they work but did not ask for moeny.
