Hi folks a quick query..
I am in Australia and hold residency visa.. just question struck on my mind.. does any nepalese bank provide Housing loans( for kathmandu)? any experience suggestions ?
I did check online,however getting real time info is valuable i think? if yes what sort of papers and guarantee stuff is needed?

Just to answer your first query (or your background)
I believe banks won't give you loan because you are in Australia and hold a residency visa.
