If you are applying for EAD, which category are we supposed to use (a) 12 or (c) 19?
Also, if someone weren't requesting an EAD, would he leave the first question and question 16 blank? Can he apply for EAD at a later date?

(a) (12) i believe. As far as proof of physical presence and continuous residence, are we supposed to provide bills of any kind before June 24, 2015 or after June 24, 2015. Does anybody have any definitive answer to this please?
