My employer recently filed for my employment based sponsorship, prevailing wage determination is complete and currently waiting to file Labor Certification. However, with the new memo from USCIS that all applicant applying for GC have to appear for interview has me thinking how long it might take now before AOS. At the same time my fiance has GC and is waiting for a 10 years extension.. I was wondering if it would be wise to marry her and file GC or wait for the process to complete from my employer. How long does it take to get EAD(if you get one) if you marry a GC holder ? Please suggest.

Do it on your own, through employment and be proud, also quicker in employment based.
