Unless you need to read it urgently (I assume you are not appearing in an exam with this book as your textbook) you can have someone send this book to you from Nepal , as a book-parcel from post office. The cost of this book in Nepal is NRS 518 (US$ 5.00 approx). It can be mailed to USA for another Rs. 500.00. So the total cost comes to less than $10.
