Hello, Nepali government has started providing the birth certificate document where the top part is written in nepali language and bottom part is written in English. Does USCIS accept those type of document as Birth certificate document if its written in nepali and english in same page? Has anyone submitted simliar birth certificate to USCIS for any immigration filing? Thanks in Advance ! Jai Nepal.....

That's the document USCIS is looking for ! USCIS normally doesn't accept the letter written on VDC letter pad. The one you get with both Nepali and English is the real birth certificate and you won't have any issues.

Yes, that is accepted by USCIS. I have friends who submitted that for filing GC and it was accepted.

Hi Sherpa ji, please watch the YouTube video listed below. I went through the same process. Now a days Nepal issues birth certificate in Nepali Paper with Nepali on top and English translated at the bottom. Hope this helps. https://youtu.be/AlwPLRvC3hE
