Dear friends,
One of my friend resided at Poland has been denied with visa. Due to miscommunication and lack of information, he missed his biometric date. Hence resulting denial.
Does anyone has any ideas or experiences to reinstate the status?

I know whatever happened, it happened. we can not deny however trying to see if we have any options to make the corrections. Thats all. Someone fall doesn't mean we have to kick them rt... we extend our hand and try to help them.
Hopefully, someone else has some oter info.
