I got citation for running red light ( accidently) + driving while my Visitor Status was Invalid. I thinkI am guilty of running the red light but not driving while my DL was invalid coz i could not get enrollment letter on time.Does any body know how to write for pretrial motion ? How should i prepare to go to court?
