Does anyone know any county in Texas that renews Driver's License of F1 students without requiring I 20? 

Or any other ideas as well. 

I am out of status and my DL expires next month. Need to renew DL. Help really appreciated.

 You are SOL bro! The first thing they ask you is whether or not you are student . If yes, they require you to show the following documents: passport, i94, enrollment verification letter from your school, and valid visa. I think they even have a mechanism to see if you are giving genuine school name (not forgery or anything). As far as I know the procedure is standard in all 50 states. The only difference in Tx now is though it says temporary visitor status and you need to go renew it every year.

didnt you have a ss while aaplying? if thats the case then you can renew it online. other option is to have the thing renewed from out of state.. google for renewing liscence while out of state.
