A small story?and I just made it up?

Imagine you are an ant and you see an elephant walking towards you. What would you do?
You let the elephant pass and then continue on your path.

What is the story trying to tell you?

nice story, dr.d the moral of the story is no matter how big or small you are, you should chuck your ego out the window, and always be considerate of others. a corollary is that if everyone expects others to be considerate, it is so much more easy for one to become considerate of others. then, being acknowledging one's respect for another would become a norm and the world would be a wonderful place.

btw kanchi and dada_giri, this is a story for kids and grown ups alike......
