We are looking for couple or single to share 1 B/R Apartment. Prefer non-smoker, non-alchoholic, friendly and insist to maintain the hygiene of the apartment. This Apt Bld is very close to subways ----2 Blocks to 7, V, R, G and 4-5 minute walk to Jackson Heights (20-25 minutes to Manhattan). Close to Queens Library, Parks, Supermarkets, Groceries Stores, several 24 Hrs Laundries. The area is quiet, roommates are nice and friendly. We are in our early 30's.
