History:
What started as a hi thread from Hi_Nanu turn out to be infected with malicious virus thus turning everyone who had entered that thread addicted to the trend!! A short step became a milestone on creating brotherhood and sisterhood among (un)known strangers!!And thus generated the movie like life among the people who are joyous enough to share their life, moments, thoughts, smiles, pain and talents!! This is place to be if you want to be part of life, Sajha Nepali feeling and Nepal!! This is English Version of Chautari-The ultimate brother-sister-hood thread in unicode!!

Chwela ko recipe - SNDY style

Disclaimer: SNDY is not responsible for the taste of Chwela. Please
follow it at your own risk.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 lbs boneless, skinless baked chicken  (You can buy a readymade in
  Food Max, Albertsons or Safeway)


• Salt - Swaad Anusar


• 11 gm. ginger paste


• 13 gm. Garlic paste


• Chilli powder - again swaad anusar


• Mustard Oil - 37 ml



• 12 gm Turmeric Powder


• 9 gm Coriander leaf


• methi - 12 


• 17 gm cumin powder and coriander powder mixed with your own two hands

Note: Ingredients should be exactly as I stated.

Preparation Method

1. Cut chicken in small beautiful pieces. If you want to make haku chwela, u
   can bake it again for 15 minutes (it won't turn haku, but may/may not give
   you haku chwela taste)  Add  ginger and garlic paste, chilly
   powder, cumin powder and salt.



2. Mixed it together with your own right hand. Please don't use your left
   hand.


3. Take a small pan. Heat oil and add turmeric powder, some garlic, and methi.
   Once methi turns black, mix it with chicken. "jhwain"
   sound is very essential when u mix it with chicken. If you don't get the "jhwain"
   sound, your chwela is gone,kaput, khattam. That is the determinant
   factor.  Again mix it well with your right hand. Again, don't use your
   left hand.


4. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
