हिजोबाट यलमाया केन्द्रको हलमा बिना कुनै तडक भडकतासाथ निकै रोचक र जति रोचक तेतिनै भाबुकपनि एउटा सत्रसुरु भएको छ त्यसमा मज्जाले तिन्टा फुस्ताको घम्सा घम्सी पनि देखिन्छ सत्रको सुरुवात पहिलो पुस्ताका कमलमणी दिक्षित ज्यूबाट भयो भने दोस्रो पुस्ताबाट त्यसैलाई नियाल्दै थिए प्रमुख अतिथि सुवर्ण शाक्यले तेतिकैमा अहिलेको जल्दो बल्दो युवा पुस्ता यो हिसावले तेस्रो र्याङ्कमा परे पनि के कम र निकै फुर्तिकासाथ सत्रको सञ्चालन आँफै हर्ताकर्ता र आफ्नै मार्गचित्रमा चल्नसक्ने यो पुस्ताको चलाख्याईले गरेको छ।
सत्रमा भौतिक तडक भडकता देखिदैन तर गाम्भिर्याता र दुरदृष्टिता भने आकलन गरेको भन्दा निकै । यसबाट नेपालको युवा पुस्ताले यो क्षेत्रमा गरेको प्रगती र देखाएको उत्सुक्ता निकै मनन्योग्य पनि छ भन्न कुनै अतिसयोक्ति नहोला।
सफ्वेर सोतन्त्रताको कुरा हो मैले गर्न खोजेको । सुचना प्रबिधिमा भएको द्रुतगतिको विकासले गर्दा यसमा चुस्तताको प्रभाव पनि निकै पर्ने गरेको म पाउछु त्यो भएर होला मैले भुमिका बाध्न पनि तेति पारा नल्याएको । सूचना प्रबिधिको कुरा नेपालमा निकै पहिला चर्चाको बिषय बनेको मैले सुनेको हो । तर यसको समुचित बिकास र यसक्षेत्रलाई सुँहाउदो जनसक्ति जब नेपालमा क्षेत्रगत कलेजहरुको बिकास भयो तब मात्र केहि फड्को मारेको छ भन्नु पर्छ। आंसिकरुपमै भए पनि निजी क्षेत्रलाई जिम्मा लाईदिए पछि निकै नि सलबलाउन पुगेको छ यो क्षेत्र नेपालमा ।
सुचना प्रबिधिमा ४ बर्षको अध्ययन गरेपछि देशी कलेजहरुमा उच्चशिक्षाको अध्यनार्थ बाटो सुनिस्चित प्राय हुनेर नेपालमै पनि निकै सुकिलो मुकिलो भएर जिवन धान्न पाउने नै यसको ताज मान्नु पर्ला। जे जसरि भए पनि नेपालका यो क्षेत्रमा लागेको युवा पुस्ता बिभिन्न बाबजुतका साथ पनि देशिया प्रबिधिसँग प्रतिस्पर्दा गर्न र नयाँ कुरालाई आत्मसाथ गर्न निकैनि सक्षम छ। एतिकैमा नेपालको सरकारले पनि सुचना प्रबिधिलाई बिकासर बिस्तार गर्नमा युवापुस्ताको चासोलाई आत्मसाथ गर्न तायार भएको छ। जसको फलस्वरुप निजिक्षेत्रको लागि खुलाबजार खुला प्रतिस्प्रदा नयाँ कलेजहरुको सम्बन्धनमा देखाएको उदारताले नै आज युवा पुस्ताले यो फड्कोमारेको हो।
