Dearest Kalpana.

When you were a kid, you used to hassle me a lot even though you were just one year younger than me. We used to fight daily on minor things. We used to play together, go to school together and eat together. You were like sister-cum a friend. You used to cry for nothing. And I never stopped saying “Kali” & “Chhuchi” even though were not like that. Do you remember how we stayed in Kathmandu when we went to college? We used to blame each other for whatsoever. Last year you called mom in the village to inform her that I was not treating you well while we were in Kathmandu. It has been just one year that I left you and parents. I am tired of this tough life here. My desire to seek the best opportunity and rumors about the heavenly life in USA dragged me thousands of miles away from you and parents. Nowadays, work-study-work is my non top schedule. It was only after I left you that I realized how wonderful sister you were. I didn’t even try to understand you while we were together. Now, I know your inner beauty but I am too far away. This year‘s “Tihar” is almost gone. I just worked and went to college during this special day. I don’t know why I am missing you a lot. I wish I could come to see you but I can not afford it. I have no options except to shade tears of love. I love you sister.

Your Loving Brother

Jiban

How Much Do You Love Your Sister?

Ask Keith Brown who was travelling from Wisconsin to Pensenvania to meet his Sister thinking that early morning there won't be much traffic at highway and it will be safe to drive his motorbike who was unfortunately killed by one Nepali named Dr.Siva Acharya.

Keith Brown is the example how people love their sisters. Our sisters might not know how much we love them.
