Hello all, I am filing a TPS on my own. I need a help how to make this cover sheet. It is stated in the link below under step 2. You must also submit a cover sheet that states "DO NOT REJECT - TPS GRANTED BY IJ/BIA." http://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/temporary-protected-status-deferred-enforced-departure/temporary-protected-status#Maintaining%20TPS Also, regarding filing joint with my wife. Do I need to file a separate I-821 for her and pay separate fees or having her name on my I-821 under spouse section will work Thanks a lot Sammy

You do not need a cover sheet if you are mailing the forms by mail. You only need cover sheet if u are dropping ur form at a lockbox near ur uscis facility.

You need to file it separately for you and your spouse. No need of cover letter.
