I went back for couple of months. Well I was never OOS so cant tell the risk. However I think it should be fine. I see that illegals from other TPS designated countries were able to return back with no issues.

On TPS document clearly mentioned that it is not a re-entry permit per TPS receiver. If that statent is correct then still want take risk?

You will have to apply for Advance Parole. I though you knew that. With just TPS you cannot travel. You will need to apply for Advance parole that will let you back into the states.
