Hello Friends,

current status: F1 (Masters) and TPS Holder

Been a while since I have signed a contract in Army

Ship date moved for BCT May 2017 there are chances it might move again

Haven't hrard from for the background check yet

Student Visa is expired already

Can I travel to Nepal on Advance parole from TPS around feb-march?
Do I need to hire a lawyer?
Has anyone who signed MAVNI contract has travelled to Nepal on advance parole if yes then please share here?
Your inputs will be highly appreciated
