TPS Late Initial Filing meaning you did not filed for the last very first time and you want to file for the very first time after the extension? If so I am also looking for the same.Do we really need to get with the attorney for this, just wondering.?

we don't need to have attorney it's optional. I travelled outside of the US for few week so I want to consult with attorney how I can apply for late initial filing. neerman thanks for the information.
