Hello Friends,
Can anyone please recommend a good lawyer for filing EB3? I am completely blind in this case. My current status is TPS Also, what is the current processing time for Nepal?

are you in houston? i know an immigration lawyer who specialize in this matter. Her name is Merina Shakya and her number is 617-710-4533.. if you are in houston you can set up an appointment. But call her if you want to consult regarding this matter.

@ dash97 I filed through this lawyer. Best lawyer for all immigration issues. send him an email  and he will guide you through all the process and is very prompt with all the responses. I was in TPS status too when i filed. JP Sarmiento (216-573-3712) jp@sarmientoimmigration.com
