what is good? If you have 10 thousand dollars...and you are buying stocks equally divdied

Buying 5 different stocks @ 2000 each , buying 2 different stocks/5000 each...buying 1 stock/10000.....or buying 50 different stocks../200 each?

You may not make a lot of money...with 200 each...but you will stay on the game...for a very long time....no?.it is very unlikely that you will blow your trading account if you have 50 different stocks...worth 200 each...

if you want to own 200 stock and keep track of it for some reason crazy reason and have all the time in the world; go for it .. else just stick it in a S &P 500 index fund and call it a day.. i'd personally invest 8k in a fund and YOLO 2k in MU because i am autistic.
