A judge ruled that the TPS has to be extended for Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti and El Salvado (https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/immigration/article220557355.html). The decision did not include Nepal because it was not one of the countries included in the lawsuit. Adhikaar is working with lawyers to develop a legal strategy to do something similar for Nepal and are looking for plaintiffs to represent Nepal in a potential lawsuit. If any one of you are a TPS holder interested, please call their office to learn more -718-937-1117
