Namaskar,
I am curious to find out if any one here has renounced their citizenship in the process of acquiring NRN card. It sort of hit me because I do want to spend my retired life in my village as a NEPALI Citizen. I have been a US citizen for past few years and I was hoping some one is in the same boat as I am. Please share your experience. I would appreciate it so much!🙂

New Nepali constitution has a provision for dual citizenship. No point fretting over it.

i don't think Nepali constitution allows dual citizenship. But NRN card should give u majority of the rights of a nepali citizenship (expect running for office etc.)
