this is real....if you want to have six pack abs in one week here is the easy solution..... go to a reatail store buy a budlight six pack and attatch into your stomach.....you will have your six pack in no time... Warning : Please dont try this technique witth 32 oz bottle.(like the one bud ice comes in) it makes you even uglier
