hello friends, i m a British citizen and want to moove in USA, MY WIFE IS A STAF NURSE IN NEPAL AND NOW SHE IS DOING ADP COURSE IN UK to get a pin number.and i m sure she will managed to get uk pin number and well ba a full nurse in uk. but i want to moove parmanently in us so how can i manage to get migretion visa. could any one plz give me any way out. thans for ur help. regards to all

purna Jee, That’s a complex question and no one here might know the definite answer. Try calling a few immigration lawyers and ask them. You might be able to find even a Nepali immigration Lawyers in bigger cities. As far as I know most give out free consultations. Your expense would = cost of call. Also try http://murthy.com/ and their lawyers. Best of luck
