At Minnesotta you can study at Public College (not community college) at community college tution rate. This offer started from 2004 and seems going to expire soon.

At Minnesota State U, Mankato; your cost per semester will be as follows; International Undergrad Tuition: 2,733.60 Administrative Fee 250.00 Student Fees 391.32 MSUSA Fee 6.68 ISO Orientation Fee 55.00 and Student Insurance 969.00 per one academic year. I hope this information helps.
