This Apt Bld is very close to subways ----2 Blocks to 7, V, R, G and 4-5 minute walk to Jackson Heights (20-25 minutes to Manhattan). Close to Queens Library, Parks, Supermarkets, Groceries Stores, several 24 Hrs Laundries. The area is quiet, roommates are nice and friendly. We are in our early 30's.
The Apt is unfurnished to move in.
