If you had filed online, it wouldn't take more than a week from federal and two weeks from state. If you also had provided bank routing number, they straightly make refund into your bank account. I did that and liked it.

Paper filing and just did it means minimal 3 weeks. If you needed money soon, should have done as W-2 received.
